Electronic Evolutions designs and installs technology for collaborative work environment at Flaherty & Collins
As one of the Midwest’s largest and most experienced developers of multifamily properties, Flaherty & Collins Properties is a leader in development, construction, and property management.
Founded in 1993, Flaherty & Collins specialize in both market rate and affordable housing developments, public/private partnerships and mixed-use, urban in-fill developments. Additionally, the firm manages nearly 100 properties and more than14,000 multifamily units in 12 states across the nation.
Flaherty & Collins moved into a new space and sought to provide multiple areas in which groups could meet and collaborate.
Electronic Evolutions offered a simple and creative solution that was within their budget. We listened to their wants and made suggestions based on our best practicing standards and expert design experience.
That plan included two large integrated conference rooms with video conferencing, integrated audio, video, shading and lighting. In addition, a small video wall for digital signage was planned for the reception area while several smaller spaces throughout the offices were set up with wireless sharing.
- Planar three-panel video wall utilizing Industry Weapon’s Media Bridge and CommandCenterHD for digital signage applications
- Barco Clickshare wireless presentation systems for content sharing and collaboration
- Sharp and LG displays
- Networked AV using AMX infrastructure for control, solution integration, and enterprise video distribution
- BiAmp Tesira for VoIP and audio mixing
- Tannoy ceiling speakers and Shure microphone arrays for program and conferencing audio
From the Client
“The team at Electronic Evolutions did a great job assessing our needs and recommending an ‘outside the box’ solution that was able to meet these needs while not exceeding our target budget. They were extremely attentive throughout the design and implementation process. As with all complex implementations like ours, there are always issues that arise, and this is where you can determine the real values of an organization. The Electronic Evolutions team stepped up on each item and worked diligently towards a solid resolution!”
